Asa Jones was born on November 17th, 1984 in Brooklyn, NY. He has been making art his entire life and it has taken him around the world and across the country. Traveling with the “Magic Beans Circus”, he left Brooklyn at the age of 24 and lived in the Oakland area of California for years before settling in New Orleans where he spent the better part of the last decade. Besides creating visual art, Asa is an avid performer, writer, and elementary school art teacher. Since shit got weird globally in March of 2020, Asa has been living in Moab, Utah where he still teaches remotely and creates and communes with his beloved partner Stephanie Creekpaum and their 3 dogs.

Stephanie Creekpaum is finding her way back to art after a career in child clinical psychology. She has played around with many forms of art from painting to glass work and was a semi-professional photographer, taking wedding, portraiture, and stock photos. In 2016, she had a realization that the narrative we are sold in our culture about how to “make a living” was an illusion, and after a life altering journey to Burning Man, she quit her job at a children’s hospital, traveled, walked the Camino de Santiago trail with her dad, and started taking steps toward a new way of living. She was born in Pennsylvania, but fell in love with the Southwest after her family moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico when she was a child. She has been living in Moab, Utah since coming back from her travels in 2018, working on peeling off the layers to come back to her self—along with a lot of hiking, canyoning, boating, and climbing.
